In August 2007, IFA Hotels & Resorts entered a joint venture partnership with Indian Ocean Resorts Ltd to develop a luxurious five-star hotel, serviced residences and ultra-luxurious facilities and amenities including a marina on the 480-acre (1,942,491 square-metre) island of Ste Anne in the idyllic Seychelles.
