With Northpoint in Pattaya completed in 2010, from 2012 to 2014, Raimon Land will hand over residential properties including The River and 185 Rajadamri, both located in Bangkok as well as Pattaya's Zire Wongamat and the newly launched Unixx South Pattaya. 

IFA Hotels & Resorts acquired a stake in the company in January 2007 and through a number of strategic acquisitions is now one of the company’s major shareholders.
