More big wins for Zimbali 

The International Property Awards held at London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on 3rd November saw Zimbali Coastal Resort take home four of the most prestigious awards.

Now in its thirteenth year, the International Property Awards is heralded as ‘the Oscars’ of the residential property industry and honours the highest levels of achievement across the world. The gala event was attended by more than 500 property professionals from no less than 45 countries. Award categories encompass property development, architecture, interior design, estate agencies and many other areas of the residential property business.

Zimbali Coastal Resort was entered in three categories: Best South African Development, Best South African Golf Development and Best South Afrcan Developer Marketing. Scooping the five star award in each category, Zimbali Coastal Resort went beyond all other South African entrants to compete for the overall Best International Property Marketing and Best International Golf Development award.

Andreas Wassenaar, Sales and Marketing Director for Zimbali, took centre stage once again to accept the Best International Property Marketing award.

Back home, with the new award plaques displayed at Zimbali’s Marketing offce, Andreas is delighted with the achievements. “Over the past three years, a large group of skilled and dedicated individuals have invested a tremendous amount of work in the development and marketing of Zimbali Coastal Resort. We entered the International Property Awards to test our product against the finest available on a global platform, within a framework that has integrity within the international property industry. We are honoured that the judges, all independent professionals and leaders across various aspects of the international property industry, were impressed enough to reward Zimbali with four coveted awards.”

This is the second time this year that Zimbali Coastal Resort has been recognised by the property industry. In June, the resort won the Silver award for Best Estate Agency Marketing at the annual Homes Overseas Awards in London.
