In March we celebrated the launch of our flagship European office in the heart of downtown London. Alan Bell, Vice President IFA Hotel & Resorts London, hosted an elegant function at The Savoy Hotel for UK investors and media, culminating in the London office's first sale.
Werner, along with Kit James, Vice President Sales and Omar Bibi, Marketing Director, flew in from Dubai to help usher in the new London office. The Dubai contingency was joined by Andreas Wassenaar, Sales & Marketing Director for the Zimbali Coastal Resort, and Miguel Sousa and Fausto Lemos, Sales Consultants from Pine Cliffs in Portugal.
Alan and his newly recruited UK sales team, comprising of Louise Gladwell and Kabir Ahmed, provided a warm welcome to assembled guests. A presentation on IFA Hotel & Resorts' unique business model gave guests a taste of the company and its ambitions for the London market.
The panel was lead by Alan and anchored by Kit who spoke on Dubai and the company's initiatives in the region. Kit secured great interest from the assembled guests with his insights into the virtues of expat life in Dubai, while his presentation centred on the access IFA Hotels & Resorts can provide UK investors to developments like the Kingdom of Sheba on the iconic Palm Jumeirah island.
Following the official European launch at The Savoy London, the company presented its global portfolio at an exclusive exhibition, showcasing its projects in Dubai, South Africa and Portugal.
