In support of the Kuwait Riding Center, IFA Hotels & Resorts has sponsored a local show jumping team that has been posting impressive results so far this year in both local and international competitions.

The team, comprising Noaf Al Essa, Ali Al Khorafi and Zaid Al Marzouq, recently completed their tour of the Group 7 international competitions with positive results. Al Essa, the team's most senior rider, placed fourth in the Arab League rankings for 2006-2007 and qualified for the World Cup, which recently took place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Al Khorafi, who started riding at the tender age of 6, took home first place trophies at events in Sharjah, Qatar and Syria this year; while Al Marzouq, at just 16 years of age, enjoyed top five finishes across the Middle East this year.

The skills of this talented group were brought to the fore at a recent IFA Hotels & Resorts sponsored show jumping event for leading stables in Kuwait with Noaf, Ali and Zaid all ranking in the top three.
