In an initial investment of $10m, IFA Hotels & Resorts acquired a 50% equity stake alongside Tongaat-Hulett in the renowned Zimbali Coastal Resort in the KwaZulu-Natal region, north of Durban, South Africa. IFA HI oversees this investment.
